Information sharing and knowledge buidling is a key tool and technique in the arsenal of the OSINT community. Below we provide you with lectures, tools and guides to enhance your OSINT knowledge and skills.

OFU Berlin Hackathon Lectures

OSINT for Ukraine (OFU) hosted its inaugural Hackathon and OSINT Lecture Series at the Pilecki Institute in Berlin on May 28th and 29th, 2023. This event covered a broad spectrum of topics, ranging from beginner to nearly advanced OSINT techniques.

Since May 2023, our organization has evolved significantly. While some details related to active projects and investigations may have changed, the foundational lessons and principles of OSINT remain timeless and steadfast.

Therefore, we believe it is appropriate to share these insights retrospectively

Useful Resources for OSINTers and Journalists

We uphold the belief that maintaining the highest standards of investigative practices is crucial and non-negotiable. Consequently, we consider the sharing of valuable guidelines and resources to be essential for enriching the OSINT and investigative journalism communities.

Useful Resources for International Crimes Investigators

Investigating war crimes is a significantly more demanding endeavor than investigative journalism or OSINT research. It necessitates rigorous planning, meticulous preparation, and adherence to the highest ethical and legal standards.

To support these efforts, we are pleased to offer a collection of Manuals and Guidelines crafted by various expert organizations, which OSINT for Ukraine (OFU) employs in its investigations.
